About ARRC Technology
ARRC Technology began with a small investment in 1992. President Alex Rogers sold his only asset, a horse named Trooper for $300, borrowed an office and desk from a friend, and began cold calling from the yellow pages. These simple actions set the foundation for the core values and beliefs of our company: work hard, give gratitude for the support you receive, and offer your clients only the best services and products delivered with an excellent experience.
ARRC’s “hard-working” attitude enables us to adapt to the evolutionary demands required to stay a competitive service provider. We originally began as a simple PC service and repair shop, evolved into a system design/builder, brought on networking and management and invested in telecommunications before VOIP hit the industry. With the creation of our own HAAS product called CharTec™, we are now are a fully operational Managed Service Provider.
ARRC has strategically grown from one employee to over 40 with no venture capital investments or initial loans. Our biggest growth factors are directly related to the loyalty we receive from our employees and customers by reinforcing our core values and beliefs.
Creating and delivering the “ARRC” experience is really the essence of what we do. We manage all aspects of the computer, networking, telecommunication, structured cabling and support services. Our clients run their businesses—and leave the IT to us.
ARRC and Operations IT
"With the efficiency and reliability of the Operations IT products and processes, our tagline, You Manage Your Business, We Manage the Technology Behind IT, is truer than ever before."
Alex Rodgers, President, ARRC Technology
